Human resources is about more than staffing, recruiting or administration. It’s about helping people and helping companies. That’s precisely what SourcePointe has worked to do since its inception in 2003. Founded by Robby Pierce, who got his start at the nation’s largest PEO, SourcePointe has evolved from a small business offering basic HR needs to a progressive, full-service HR outsourcing firm. And while our footprint now extends into over 34 states across the country, our work is always local. This blog tells our story – one that centers around our people and our passion to help businesses grow.
During his years in leadership positions within top companies, including a senior management position at a Fortune 500 bank, corporate experience taught him that leadership should be able to focus on their core business and outsource the non-revenue producing tasks. HR often topped that list. Seeing a gap in the market, he founded SourcePointe in 2003. SourcePointe began by offering a small number of benefits packages and payroll administration options for small to mid-sized companies. Following the recession in 2008, it became apparent that employers were looking for ways to trim expenses without sacrificing their best people or assets. This opened up a bigger field of opportunities outside of payroll policies and benefits packages.
We empowered our team to evolve beyond sales liaisons and become extensions of their client’s company. Now, more than a decade later, SourcePointe is a full-service HR outsourcing firm with a seasoned staff, dedicated to helping clients reach their full potential.
What defines us now? The passion that we have for what we do, and the care that we have for our clients. This is what SourcePointe is all about. Doing what needs to be done in order to make our clients better all around. Whether they need assistance in breaking communication barriers or enhancing company culture, we’re here to take the burden of operational tasks off the shoulders of CEO’s.
We’ve grown into more than a mere service. We’re a partner to each of our clients. Although years of development and change have made their way in our journey, the mission of SourcePointe remains firm and unwavering. Our team works to help their clients grow. And seeing a conversation become a change in the workplace keeps our team engaged and committed to their work. Human resources means something more to us. It represents a daily opportunity to create a better life for employees and employers.
Over the years, we’ve watched CEOs and mangers be forced to turn their focus from big picture things like company vision and values to operational issues such as an ineffective onboarding process. Employers shouldn’t have to spend time handling problems that aren’t generating revenue or bringing new business. Often times, employers are not even sure what they need until they need it. That’s why our team of experts stays proactive and invests in learning a new client starting with their people first. This allows us to provide educated insight into what a company needs in order for them to be successful and keep top talent. Even if an organization has an existing HR department or manager, we come in seamlessly to offer assistance where needed.
Companies that have the most success are those that invest in their internal processes. And we’re here as your partner to make that happen. After a decade-and-a-half of learning the in’s and out’s of this industry, our seasoned staff stands tall and ready to be a valuable asset for your company.
